chris- ft. recovery high school

I met with Chris this Friday and did his senior photos. He was really good at putting up with my in-decisions.  :)

I really like this pose and smile.

kaylee- two year old cuttie

I am always happy to take Kaylee's photos. She was my first newborn session and I have photographed her ever since. I am always amazed over the photos I get of her. I think they are some of my best work. 

This was also the first time I photographed Kaylee with hair and her mom curled it too. I think you would agree that it was worth the effort. 

This hat is one of three that I bought for the little girls that come to the studio. Even though every parent wants the happy smiling pictures, I really like the deer-in-head-lights looks too. 

Here Kaylee became a little less shy and she really worked the camera. Its very girlie. 
Love. Love. LOVE!  That is her true smile and isn't it the cutest thing! 
This my favorite shot. Its the perfect head shot. This is a photograph that will be forever treasured.

haley- coldwater high school

Well,  this is haley. Her session was very fun and creative. It was kinda like playing dress up. She brought along hats and scarfs that we played around. 

I  captured this image just as the session was ending. I think that Haley is really just being herself here.

austin ebbing- coldwater high school

Austin was a blast from the past. I used to babysit this kid! He was a lot shorter then, however his family still super fun. Austin has some great pictures coming his way. I hope he had fun too durning the shoot. 

Love this image. It has a color effect on it that makes it different from the rest.

jocelyn staugler- coldwater high school

Wow, thats all I can say about jocelyn's photos. I think the photos speak for themselves.  I cant wait to get the proofs back to you guys. I had a wonderful time photographing your senior pictures. 

I loved the fact that she wanted pictures with her prom dress. The teal stands out against the white walls. 
Jocelyn is in track so had to get some out there. 
Love the expression in this photo!
All elements are in our favor here. This makes school look cool. 
When I saw the docks all empty, I knew I had to use them. The dress was perfect. So cute!

There are many more pictures that are just as great or better. It was just so hard to pick the ones to post. I am just glad that I don't have to pick the images for print.

maria langenkamp- coldwater high school

This is my cousin Maria. We took her pictures this past Friday. We started in the studio when it was sunny out.  However when we were ready to go outside it was looking like rain. We made the best out of the weather and took so great photographs. 

This outfit went awesome with woods theme. 
Loving the colors here. They are too cute. 
This is her dad's plane. Again the colors go great. I thought this dress would go great with the plane and it did. I think that it  sorta has a 1950's feel. There are a lot in this series.

emily may- senior ft recovery high school

This evening I met Emily May and her team(sisters and mom). Emily had so many cute outfits.I think that they might have brought Emily's room with them however I didnt mind. I didnt have to carry anything around and  I really enjoyed how creative I could be with the outfits. They totally fit my style of photography which then resulted in tons of great photos. I honestly have no idea how I am going to choose for the proof book. The session was really great. I just couldn't wait to edit them. 

This outfit screamed summer and Emily really looked cute in it. 
I love the combo of the white shirt and flowers with the cute shorts. Thanks to everyone who helped picked the flowers. I knew they would rock.
I think that this photo shows Emily's true smile. 
This is my flower power shot. Everything in this photo blends perfectly! 
This one was just too cute not to post. I think that its just really fun and girly.

mark post- senior ft recovery high school

I had the pleasure of doing Mark's senior photos on Tuesday. I already knew Mark so I knew that the shoot was going to be a breeze. We just joke around and took tons of photos of all his toys.

I love this tractor image. The colors 'pop' and the wide angle adds effect. It really screams farm!
This is one of many with the truck. I like this one because Mark is showing off his serious side. hehe. Mark really cleaned that truck(and tractor). They were spotless and gleaming. 
This is Marks horse. They call him Flash, I think. For the horses nickname it was Fat Flash. Flash did a wonderful job too of posing. 
Last but not least, this is one of my favorite poses on tractors and Mark pulled it off well. 

ashley's- a new store from my old studio

This is the top that I can't wait to buy next. Its simple and will go with anything. 

I also really love this sitting area. Adam waited here while tried on tops. Ashley was really thinking when she made this lounge area. 

I love this mint green shirt. The detailing is fun and pearl buttons really give its some elegance. 
This gray shirt is the one I bought. I wore it out on Friday and got rave reviews. 

Well, I met the owner of the newest store in downtown Coldwater. Ashley's is in the store front that was previously my studio so it was kind of bittersweet to see the changes. I do have to admit that I think she did a great job with the place and she did it in just 10 days. 

Ashley of Ashley's is fun and funky. She has a great eye for fashion and a welcoming personality.  The store itself is a mix of colors and flare that set the stage for the cool line of clothing. The clothes are different than any in the area made of the softest materials. I would know because I couldn't walk into that store and not buy anything. 

I wish the best to Ashley. She is bringing a great look into our town. 

jake pohl- senior coldwater high school

Jake was a senior session from last week.  He was very easy going guy.  I good time taking photographs at the stadium and park. Hope you enjoy your photos.

Last nights senior was very cool and collected. He had a new jeep which was a great prop. We went with the outdoors themed photographs. I do love the outfit he choose. It was different and thats always great!

shawn & lori - july 3, 2009 wedding

I am right in the middle of editing this fabulous wedding and had to post some of my favorites. I really enjoyed being a part of this wedding. It was fun, fast paced, and beautiful. 

Lori and Shawn have a pure and sweet love that would make anyone jealous. Best wishes on your new life together!!
