jenny + keith- to be

Jenny and Keith are a super sweet couple and oh so photogenic! I met them for their engagement session in Ft. Recovery and we got some great shots. I cant wait for their wedding in August! Thanks guys.

Father Rob- a mass of thanksgiving

When Rob's mom,Peg, called me to photograph this mass, I was honored. Rob was ordained on Saturay, May 22, 2010 and this was going to be his first mass. A mass in his hometown. I knew it was going to be something that you don't see everyday and I am so glad that I was there to capture it all.

The mass was beautiful and something, that for all who were there, they won't soon forget. As the mass went on, you could feel the joy and support of all of Rob's family and friends which then instilled an amazing sense of awe in the congregation. I have never seen so much red and white and heard such inspiring words. I think that the choir sang louder and the people particapated more. It's an impression on my heart and I hope these photographs do it justice.

What a great senior! Alyssa was my first 2011 senior and really pumped me up for the season! She had fabulous outfits and their own location, which was exciting! Thanks for a great Wednesday night. I had a blast getting to know you and your family!

emily + ben - to be

Meet Emily and Ben. Emily was a classmate of mine so when she asked me to do her wedding, I was honored. We went to the amazing Cox's Metro Park and traveled the trails. Lucky for me, I was wearing some comfy old flip-flops. Poor Emily's feet weren't so lucky. However, Ben was a great guide and showed us to some amazing spots.

One of the more important places has to do with this first image... As the story goes, Ben must have taken Emily to this tree(minus the swing) on one of their dates... long story short, Emily ended up falling out of the tree(They were trying to take a photo in the tree.) and breaking her arm. Ben, being the sweet guy he is, then built that amazing swing for her. What a great guy!

Anyways, I had a great Thursday night and see you soon at the wedding! Thanks!

lisa + corey - to be

Lisa & Corey are such a sweet couple and I think it showed in your photos! I was a little nervous meeting them for the first time but all is good now. I think that our personalities match great and can't wait to meet them for their wedding. I am totally love how this first photo turned out. Its very flirty. Drew gave us a wonderful session. He tired out all the toys and oh, gave us all those expressions! I just loved how Drew worked those bibs... Why did I ever throw mine away? hehe.

I am so excited to share this session. Thanks Shari and you should be SO proud! Drew 's a great kid!

samuel-newborn

Well, today was the day! After having such busy weeks since he was born, we finally had a few mintues to try out newborn photos on baby Samuel. At one month, Samuel was a trooper as we posed and moved him around. He was a little unsure of the whole process as were we. :) We wanted to try out all our ideas. Even though we had little time between guests and feedings, they turned out great before Samuel let us know enough was enough.

I can't wait for the next newborn. I think that the peace and pure innonce of a newborn is something that every parent wants to remember. The sad thingis that these few weeks go by in a blur and then you can't get them back. So, I am supper happy that we able to still capture Samuel at this precious age. Enjoy!

Wow, it was very hard to pick with photos to post. There were so many great images, even of just the bride and groom. I could have had a post just of Sarah and Kyle but Iwanted to include the other party members and their cool attire too. Thanks for including me in your wedding day.
